Description of a picture

My new years resolution is to blog more … and try to get more involved in the “Blogging- Sphere”!!!
I had to describe a picture for a seminar in 100 words without using any noun, verb etc. twice… I picked the picture “The Slave Ship” by Turner. This is my result!!!

I believe in God, but not in the church.
I believe that bad things happen for a reason
and good things don‘t come easily.
But if they come, one should resist and enjoy
I believe in the good inside human beings.
Even though loads of bad things do happen.
I believe that terrible wars do not happen,
because of the failure of god,

Declare Yourself … Last Check Out of the Parties!

After watching the big Duel between Franz-Walter Steinmeier and the German chancellor Angela Merkel (which obviously was more a duet and a failure in itself!), I decided to watch the TV Total Bundestagswahl as the last chance to see how the “great” politicians do before the big election in Germany!

Here my observations:

Der VFL liegt – mal wieder – zurück. 0:2 gegen Duisburg. Ein weiterer Abstieg in der Vereinsgeschichte. „Willkommen zu Hause!“ , hört man die Regionalliga bereits rufen. 45 Minuten bleiben dem VFL alles noch einmal umzudrehen. Minuten des Hoffens und Bangens. Osnabrück zittert. Ein Fußballclub, der in der Regionalliga spielt, würde sanft das Selbstbewusstsein der Stadt streicheln.

Born Free and life is worth living

The sky was black. Total darkness. A ceiling without a star. Maria was starring into the desperate darkness. She was freezing even the fire was crackling beside her. Feeling as cold as if she was walking naked through the deepest snow the world has ever seen. If someone had ever told her that hell feels like this she wouldn’t have believed it. Hell was a place where the fire consumed your soul, so she thought, but not anymore! Unceremoniously dumped, she was chilled “zero to the bone”. This was her personal heel. This was not at all what she expected.

Do Students still have ideals?

My appearance on the radio!
I made this in conjunction with the seminar “Einführung in den Radiojournalismus” at college in December last year. Great Experience! But there i realized as well that i don’t wanna go to the radio newspaper journalism is what i want to do when i grew up this is still a long way to go.
